Isolates are CBD products that contain no THC, broad spectrum are CBD products that contain CBD and terpenes and full spectrum are products that contain CBD, terpenes and a small amount of THC, but not enough to make a person experience a high. Some people report better health benefits from the full spectrum products.

7. Is CBD addictive?

CBD is not addictive and is a natural plant compound.

8. Does CBD have any side effects?

Generally most people experience zero to little side effects but some research has indicated the following side effects may occur during CBD use: Changes in appetite, mood changes, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
